GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. PREAMBLE:
These conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, the micro company CARLOTTI Marie-Laure registered with the RCS of Bayonne N ° 522 075 381, operator of the Site, hereinafter referred to as "Maison Marylor" and whose head office is located at 67 avenue de Brindos 64600 in Anglet and, on the other hand, people wishing to make a purchase via the Maison Marylor e-commerce website at the address https://www.maisonmarylor.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer". The customer who would like to buy on the Site, declares to have full legal capacity or, in the case where he is under 18 years old, to be emancipated. All orders made on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale which must be accepted without reservation by the Customer. Maison Marylor reserves the right to adapt or modify these general conditions of sale at any time, the version of these applicable to any transaction being that appearing online on the site https://www.maisonmarylor.com at time of order. If a condition were to be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector, and this in accordance with French law which will be the only one applicable.
2.OBJECT:
The present conditions aim to define all the terms of sale, in particular the order, the payment, the delivery between Maison Marylor and the Customer. These conditions express the entirety of the obligations of the parties.
3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY:
The products offered for sale are those presented in the Maison Marylor catalog, indicated as available in the “store” and in force on the day of the order. They consist of objects made entirely by Maison Marylor or designed by Maison Marylor. Each Product presented in the catalog is associated with a sheet describing the essential characteristics communicated by Maison Marylor and including various related images. The Products are available within the limits of available stocks, it being specified that Maison Marylor implements all means to ensure that the catalog effectively reflects said availability. The products offered for sale are presented and detailed with the greatest possible precision. However, Maison Marylor cannot be held liable in the event of an error or omission in the description of the products. The photographs illustrating the products offered for sale are outside the contractual field.
4. ORDER AND PAYMENT:
Any Product order is made exclusively via the site and includes each of the following steps: consultation of the product sheet via the "see all" page, validation of the basket via the "order" page, recording of the contact details necessary for sending as well as the good reception of the order, acceptance of the general conditions of sale herein, choice of method of payment. Several means of payment are made available to the customer, the choice of which depends on him: credit card, VISA card, electronic card, etc..., paypal account. It is brought to the attention of the customer that it is not possible to pay by discount and that only the complete reception of the payment allows the sending of the order. After placing his order, the Customer will receive a confirmation email, containing all the terms of his order. Maison Marylor reserves the right to condition any order acceptance on the fact that you are up to date with your payments for a previous order or that, in general, any pre-existing dispute regarding the execution of an order has been actually sold.
Any Order for which payment is not received by Maison Marylor within 15 days from the date of registration of the order by the customer, will be automatically canceled and will not give rise to any compensation or claim, the customer being notified by email.
5.DELIVERY:
Maison Marylor delivers in metropolitan France, and all over the world. The Products are sent via letters or tracked parcels, the contact details of which the Customer will receive, in order to be able to follow their progress. The Customer will receive the products within 5 to 8 days for metropolitan France and within 7 to 15 days for international delivery, following acceptance and full receipt of payment.
For mainland France, shipping costs are €4.95 per order, unit price/turban.
For European and international delivery the price is set at 13 € for zone A (European Union and Switzerland)
For zone B (Eastern Europe outside the EU, Norway and Maghreb) and for zone C (rest of the world).
6.PRICE:
VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI. All the prices of the products offered for sale are expressed in euros, all taxes included.
For international delivery, the price is fixed at €8.70 and will appear in your Basket. Maison Marylor reserves the right to modify the price of any of the Products at any time, it being understood that the price actually invoiced will be that in force on the day of the order.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN OF ARTICLES
The individual Customer has a right of withdrawal, which he can exercise without reason, within seven clear days from the delivery of the order which will be exercised by the return, at his expense, of new products (in their original packaging, unused,the turban must not be damaged, the inner aluminum wire must not be twisted.) accompanied by the order number to the following address, By LA POSTE, by Colissimo:

Maison Marylor will reimburse the Customer for the sums already paid, less shipping costs, under the conditions referred to in the article Reimbursement.
REIMBURSEMENT: Reimbursement of the products will be made by Maison Marylor within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt and quality control of the said products: Reimbursement will be made according to the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of his order or by the discount of purchase voucher. EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Maison Marylor is subject to an obligation of means vis-à-vis the Customer. It is expressly agreed that any disruption in the provision of the service for any reason whatsoever, any external intrusion or infection by a computer virus, cannot engage the responsibility of Maison Marylor. In case of dissatisfaction of a Customer for any reason whatsoever, he cannot claim any compensation other than the reimbursement of his order.
9. PERSONAL DATA AND PROTECTION OF PRIVACY:
The information collected by Maison Marylor during a customer order is necessary for the management of the transaction and for this purpose may be communicated in whole or in part to the service providers of Maison Marylor involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that this same personal data may also be collected by an organization in charge of analyzing orders and combating credit card fraud.
